FEES ARE BASED ON SQUARE FOOTAGE OF HOUSE

$350:       up to 2000 square feet
$450:    2001 to 3500 square feet
$550:    3501 to 4500 square feet
$650:    4501 to 6000 square feet
If you decide to have Success Staging stage your property 
the consultation fee will be credited toward the staging fee
